CSP4TECH is a Zoho Authorized Partner registered and operating in Lebanon, with offices at Beirut Digital District, Block 1499, Floor 1, Beirut. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter - typically your name, company, work email, phone number, city and the description of what you are trying to solve. We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and provide the services you ask for. We use technical data to understand which parts of the site are useful and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis and Lebanese law
We handle personal data in line with Lebanon's Law 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. Where you are in the EU or the UK, we also handle requests consistent with GDPR principles. We process your data because you have asked us to contact you, or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Where your data is stored
Enquiries submitted through this site are stored in Zoho CRM. Zoho operates data centres in Saudi Arabia, the European Union, India and the United States, and data may be stored in any of them depending on the account region. Our website analytics are processed by Google.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will do so.
