How we roll a suite out in Lebanon
- Fit assessment, week 1. We look at what each department uses today and what it costs. Often the honest answer is a smaller suite than you expected, and we will say so.
- Phase plan. Suites are not deployed all at once. We sequence departments so people absorb one change at a time, usually starting where the pain is worst.
- Configuration and localisation. VAT, NSSF, currencies, Arabic and English layouts, roles and approvals - built against your process, not a demo template.
- Migration. Records move from spreadsheets, desktop accounting or another cloud product, then get reconciled against the originals before anyone relies on them.
- Training and go-live. Role-based sessions in Arabic, English or French, on site in Beirut or remote. We are present through the first month-end and first payroll run.
- Ongoing support. Local support in Lebanese business hours, plus changes as the business shifts.
Frequently asked questions
Which Zoho suite is right for a Lebanese company?
It depends on where the pain is. If sales, support and marketing are disconnected, CRM Plus. If the problem is accounting and stock, Finance Plus. If you are replacing Microsoft 365, Workplace. If you want to consolidate the whole company onto one vendor and one bill, Zoho One is almost always the cheaper answer past about 15 staff.
Do the suites handle Lebanese VAT and NSSF?
Yes. We configure VAT treatment, invoice layouts and VAT return workings for Lebanese filing in the finance apps, and NSSF contributions and end-of-service indemnity in the HR apps. Both are reviewed with your accountant before go-live.
Can we run payroll in USD and LBP?
Yes. Zoho Payroll and Zoho Books handle multi-currency, so staff paid partly in USD and partly in LBP get one clear payslip and the journal still reconciles.
Where is our data stored?
You choose. Zoho operates data centres in KSA, the EU, India and the US. Most Lebanese clients pick KSA or the EU for latency and regulatory comfort, and we set retention and access logging with Law 81/2018 in mind.
Do you implement the whole suite at once?
Rarely, and we would advise against it. We sequence the rollout - usually the department in most pain first - so people absorb one change at a time. A typical Zoho One programme runs in three or four phases over a few months.
Is support local?
Yes. CSP4TECH is a Zoho Authorized Partner based at Beirut Digital District, Block 1499, Floor 1, Beirut, Lebanon. Support runs in Lebanese business hours in Arabic, English or French, with escalation into Zoho where a product fix is needed.
